Suruchi Malhotra is a visionary leader and the Founder & Director of multiple companies within the Srijan Group. Driven by a commitment to social progress, she established WOW – World of Women as a dedicated social empowerment initiative.

Under her leadership, this initiative has evolved into one of India’s rapidly growing women-centric communities, connecting a vibrant network of over 12,000 women.
